By using SparkScores.com, you accept these terms of use in their entirety. If you do not accept these terms, we ask you not to use our website. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time, and your continued use of the website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Service description

SparkScores.com is an information service that shows when and where sports events are broadcast on TV and streaming services. We offer information about match times, team statistics, tables and other sports information. Our service uses data from third parties, including Football API, to provide you with updated and accurate information.

We are not a streaming service and do not offer live broadcasts of sports events. We only provide information about where and when you can watch these events on legal TV channels and streaming services.

3. Data sources and third-party services

SparkScores.com uses data from several sources, including but not limited to:

• Football API and other sports data sources
• Publicly available information about TV broadcasts
• Information from streaming services

We do our best to ensure that information is accurate and up-to-date, but we cannot guarantee complete accuracy at all times. Changes in TV broadcasts, match cancellations or other factors outside our control may affect the accuracy of the information.

4. User account and registration

Some parts of our service may require you to create a user account. Upon registration you commit to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account and password
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account

5. Intellectual property rights

All content on SparkScores.com, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video and software, is owned by or licensed to Medienor AS and is protected by Norwegian and international copyright laws and other intellectual property rights.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content on the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, display or sell any content from the website
• Modify or create derivative works based on the content
• Use the content for commercial purposes without our express permission
• Remove any copyright notices or other proprietary marks from the content

6. User behavior and limitations

By using SparkScores.com, you agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that is illegal or prohibited by these terms
• Use the service to transmit malicious code or to attack or manipulate the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to parts of the service, other accounts or data systems
• Harvest or collect data about other users without their consent
• Use automated methods to extract data from the service (scraping) without our express permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service

7. Disclaimer of warranties

SparkScores.com is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, either express or implied. Medienor AS disclaims, to the extent permitted by applicable law, all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The service will meet your specific requirements
• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free
• Results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of products, services, information or other material will meet your expectations

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Medienor AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of third parties on the service
• Any other matter relating to the service

9. Links to third-party websites

Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Medienor AS. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Medienor AS shall not be responsible, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or allegedly caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach the terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Governing law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. For material changes, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice before new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to use our service after these changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
